This Privacy Policy explains how the Hoop Career mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. Hoop Career is an offline single-player basketball career simulation game. We respect your privacy and collect as little information as possible.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide in-game. Player names, career data, and game progress are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or have access to your saved games.

Information collected automatically by third-party services. The App uses the services listed below, which may automatically collect certain technical and usage information:

Advertising identifiers (e.g. Google Advertising ID)
Device information (device model, operating system version, language, region)
App usage and diagnostic data (feature usage, crash reports, performance data)
Approximate, non-precise location inferred from IP address (used by ad services; we do not collect GPS location)

2. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following Google services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob — serves advertisements, including rewarded ads. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads. How Google uses ad data.
Google Firebase Analytics — measures aggregate, anonymous usage to help improve the App.
Google Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash and stability reports to help us fix bugs.

These services are provided by Google LLC. Their handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

To display and measure advertisements within the App.
To understand how the App is used and improve gameplay and stability.
To diagnose crashes and technical problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

Ads in the App are provided by Google AdMob. You can control ad personalization and reset your advertising identifier through your device settings:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

Where required by law, the App will request your consent before serving personalized ads.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Data Retention

Game save data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Diagnostic and analytics data collected by Google services is retained according to Google's own retention policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain data processing. Because the App stores game data locally, you can exercise deletion at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. For data held by Google services, refer to Google's privacy controls.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
